Losing my mum has been the hardest period of my life, but I can hand on heart say that without the help and support of Leonie and her team at White Lady Bateau Bay, it would have been much more difficult. They made the entire experience of organising mum's celebration of life so much easier. It was always mum's choice to use their services, and they did a beautiful job—it was the smaller, finer details that made it an entirely pleasant experience in such a difficult time. All the ladies displayed such a professional and caring demeanour and offered individual words of support to me and my dad. From the first meeting to days after the service, everything was cared for. I extend my eternal gratitude to Leonie and the team there 💖
