I'm in awe of the White Lady team's graciousness, kindness, and professionalism. I will never forget Jade's approach and compassion at the Bondi Junction branch. During the difficult time after my father's passing, she took care of everything for the private viewing and the funeral service. Her support meant the world to me when I felt lost and unsure. As for the team on the day of the service, I can't commend them enough for how special it was. My brother was grieving behind the hearse, and the two White Ladies stood there on each side in respect until he tapped the coffin to send off the final goodbye. Rosie, the Funeral Conductor, was excellent and ensured everything went smoothly by keeping me informed from beginning to end of the event. Meet Sherry Midgley, White Lady Funerals Bondi Junction location manager
How long have you been a funeral arranger?
I have been the location manager for White Lady Bondi Junction for a year. I am familiar with this line of work as it has been in my family for a number of generations. My great, great uncle opened a funeral home in the UK which was then passed down to my grandfather and then my uncle. My mum also grew up and worked in the funeral home.
What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
I enjoy helping families when they need it the most. A well planned and personalised service marks the significance of the life that was lived and helps the loved ones left behind on their grief journey.
What do you like about your local area?
I like that our community is diverse and very welcoming. The climate, beaches and restaurants are all excellent and there is always something going on.

Following the ceremony, your loved one can be buried or memorialised at Waverley Cemetery, Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park, Rookwood General Cemetery or Botany Cemetery.
