It made a very sad and stressful time in our lives a lot easier using White Lady Funerals. Suzanne really made us feel at ease, and that Mum was going to be looked after and treated with respect. Mum's service was beautiful we couldn't have asked for more.

Meet Suzanne Smee, White Lady Funerals Burpengary location manager
What do you enjoy about your job?
I like being a funeral arranger because it allows me to help families at difficult times. I like being able to create unique and personal funeral services for everyone. I work with a team of amazing women who truly care.
How long have you worked in the funeral industry?
I have been working in the industry since 2014
Are there any special community groups you work with or support?
I support the QCWA in Burpengary. The ladies do an amazing job of looking after women in the community and providing a friendship circle for those who may otherwise be isolated.
Say farewell somewhere special
We’re here to help you plan a unique funeral service that reflects the life and spirit of your loved one. If there’s a special place you’d like to say farewell, such as a home, park, place of worship or another meaningful location, our team will take care of all the details to make it happen.
Many of our Burpengary funeral services have been held in the following venues:
- A local church, such as:
- St Eugene de Mazenod Church
- The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
- New Creation Christian Church
- Hope Community Baptist Church
- A destination of your choosing such as a beach, park or residence.
Following the ceremony, your loved one can be buried or memorialised at the Great Northern Garden of Remembrance or Albany Creek Memorial Park.
